Villa 167 is a luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa situated in a beautiful and quiet location within the Mirage Resort. Only a fifteen minute walk to the town centre or a five minute stroll to the hotel restaurants and bars, the Villa is superbly positioned for your getaway to Port Douglas. The sea breaking on the famous Four Mile Beach, only 130m away, can be heard from the upstairs balcony or from the large return patio.

New and Improved.

During 2025 Villa 167 underwent a complete rebuild. The kitchen and three bathrooms were stripped back to the original concrete walls and then retiled, replumbed, rewired, and we installed new LED lighting, vanities, and tap ware throughout. The kitchen and laundry feature new Miele appliances and a four door fridge with an ice maker and chilled, filtered, water.

The lounge areas have also been retiled with new lighting and furniture throughout. Two of the bedrooms have new Samsung televisions and all three televisions offer free Netflix and free Prime streaming. Of course, free unlimited WiFi is included. The lounge area has convenient electric blinds.

Sustainability

A focus of the investment into Villa 167 was choosing only the latest technology to improve our carbon footprint. A new air-conditioning system, water heating, and kitchen appliances result in world-class sustainability.

Villa 167 offers a true indoor / outdoor living experience. During the evening there are two floodlights that illuminate the beautiful tropical gardens that surround the Villa. The three patio fans enable relaxed outdoor entertaining in the warmer months. We believe a five star resort experience must include a great nights sleep. To achieve that we invested in upgraded Sealy Gel Active Plush mattresses recommended by the Sheraton premium villa team. These premium mattresses feature Sealy’s Gel Memory Foam layer and Core Support System.

Port Douglas is a tropical destination. Villa 167 is designed to make it supremely comfortable whatever the season. New ducted air conditioning has been installed throughout the villa. Plantation shutters in the bedrooms provide privacy and when needed, improved insulation.
